Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Heavy Machinery (Loader, Skid Steer) for snow removal safely and efficiently.
  • Clear snow from designated commercial and residential sites within required timeframes.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure routes are completed effectively.
  • Perform pre-trip inspections (circle checks) and routine maintenance (greasing, cleaning) on equipment.
  • Remain available on-call 24/7 during the winter season.
  • Accurately log site completion times and report any issues via our mobile app/logs.
  • Ensure zero damage to client property or parked vehicles.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience operating Loaders or Skid Steers in a snow removal setting (Preferred).
  • License: Valid Driver's License (Class G or higher) with a clean driving abstract.
  • Availability: Must be available 24/7 on-call including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on weather conditions.
  • Reliability: Reliable transportation to the yard/site in Toronto.
  • Physicality: Ability to work long shifts in winter weather conditions.

  • On-call

  • Overtime available during heavy storm events

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $29.00-$35.00 per hour
