Sales and Customer Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities
1. First-Class Representation:
As the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, you will represent Glenview Homes, welcome potential homeowners, manage sign-ins and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
2. Sales Centre Excellence:
Maintain the Sales Centre and Model homes in impeccable condition, ensuring they are neat, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
3. Interpersonal Skills:
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Superior organizational skills are essential in this role.
4. Communications Management:
Efficiently manage all incoming communications, both written and verbal, in a courteous and professional manner. Manage our customer experience dashboard, communicating with homeowners throughout their new home journey. Manage our Homeowner Portal, an online resource for homeowners. Schedule construction-related walkthroughs, such as Pre-Drywall Tours and Pre-Delivery Inspections.
5. Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Consultants, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. Assist homeowners in selecting exterior colours and options, facilitating their decision-making process.
7. Data Management:
Enter customer contact information from cards into the database, ensuring accurate and organized data for future reference and analysis.
8. Marketing and Sales Material Maintenance:
Take ownership of maintaining up-to-date marketing and sales materials, ensuring they are readily available and properly organized for potential buyers.

Design Studio:
Host our Design Studio Open House events, guiding prospective purchasers through available finishes, features, and design options while answering questions about their new home. Provide administrative support to the Design Team to ensure smooth operations ad a seamless customer experience.

Additional Duties:
Embrace the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as required, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the organization.
11. Flexible Availability:
Be available to work weekdays from 1 PM to 8 PM and weekends from 11 AM to 6 PM, showcasing your commitment to meeting the needs of our customers.
Qualifications
• Education and Experience:
Possess a university degree or college diploma or demonstrate related work experience that showcases your skills and abilities.
• Sales or Customer Service Expertise:
Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment, preferably in real estate or new home sales, will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Mobility:
Be willing to travel to different Ottawa Sales Centres (East, South, and West) and the Design Studio as required to serve our customers effectively.
• Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with community amenities and home builder products will enhance your ability to provide informed guidance to potential buyers.
• Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with Newstar products and associated integrated applications will be considered an asset.
• Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluency in both English and French will be an advantage.
