Salon Rouge is currently seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join our ever-expanding team. This role is perfect for someone who is fashion-forward, friendly, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the face of Salon Rouge—providing outstanding service to every guest while supporting the daily operations of the salon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting guests with a warm, professional attitude
  • Selling salon services, retail products, and gift certificates
  • Booking, rebooking, and cancelling guest appointments
  • Managing hairstylists' schedules and coordinating with the salon team
  • Calling clients for confirmations, follow-ups, and rebooking
  • Assisting guests during their visit to ensure a seamless experience
  • Point-of-sale operations, cash handling, and basic administrative duties
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk and salon environment
  • Supporting overall salon upkeep and daily operations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience
  • Charismatic, positive, and confident communicator
  • Strong customer service skills with a guest-first mindset
  • Fashion-forward and professional appearance
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort using booking/POS systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Salon experience is considered an asset, but not required
