In this role you will be responsible for partnering with the VP, Licensed Coffeehouses, and working closely with cross-functional leaders in Operations, Analytics, Coffeehouse Development and more to drive development of a winning domestic strategy for Canada's Licensed Business. This role helps identify key issues, designs problem solving approaches, works across teams to curate insight, generate hypotheses and create and validate solutions.
A strong candidate for this role will have a robust background in strategy development, supported by analytics and insights experience. This person should also have an innate ability to craft compelling narratives for a wide variety of audiences, from our business development and operations teams to our executive team.
As a Strategy Manager, Licensed Coffeehouses, Business Planning, Analytics & Insights you will:
· Partner closely with leaders to build, measure, and maintain business strategies to deliver against the broader Licensed Coffeehouses business strategy.
· Lead strategic problem-solving efforts by helping the market team identify and define key issues, collate themes across segments, develop hypotheses and design required analyses.
· Guide market team in thinking through complex and ambiguous issues, identifying creative information sources and approaches, and pushing the team to develop new insights.
· Plan and support business unit and department processes and practices to ensure alignment with company business goals and objectives, including annual planning, prioritization and decision making.
· Build structured presentations illustrating key business issues, new insights, and recommendations.
· Communicate learnings and insights across cross-functional team, strategy team leadership and leadership.
· Scale impact by effectively working through and with others. Challenge the status quo and inspire partners to achieve business results.
We'd love to hear from people with:
· 8 yrs leading and/or supporting corporate strategy, business consulting, or equivalent.
· 8 yrs managing complex large-scale business projects.
· 8 yrs general business experience in large, matrixed organizations.
· Capacity to convert data from multiple sources to drive business intelligence.
· Experience in Human Centered Design is considered an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
The typical hiring range for this position is $114,700 - $164,980 CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
