Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex
    Salesforce Flows
    (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen Flows) to automate business processes.
  • Develop
    custom Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs
    to extend Salesforce functionality.
  • Build and maintain
    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    and
    Aura Components
    for dynamic UI experiences.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
    APIs (REST/SOAP)
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, Architects, QA, and Business Analysts) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain Salesforce best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Salesforce applications.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience in
    Salesforce development
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Apex (classes, triggers, test classes)
    and
    Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    .
  • Proven experience with
    Salesforce Flows
    and process automation.
  • Solid understanding of
    Salesforce data model
    , security model, and platform limits.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs.
  • Familiarity with
    Git
    ,
    Salesforce CLI
    , and
    DevOps tools
    (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).
  • Salesforce
    Platform Developer I
    certification preferred;
    Platform Developer II
    is a plus.
