About the Role

As a Student Success Coordinator, you're the ongoing relationship manager for our enrolled families. After students begin their programs, you ensure they stay on track, parents stay informed, and additional learning needs are identified and addressed. This role blends customer service, academic advising, and account growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage client relationships: Serve as the primary contact for enrolled families, building long-term trust
  • Monitor student progress: Review teacher reports and communicate performance updates to parents
  • Conduct check-ins: Schedule regular parent meetings to discuss goals, progress, and any concerns
  • Identify growth opportunities: Recommend additional programs when students need extra support (exam prep, summer intensives, new subjects)
  • Coordinate with teachers: Relay parent feedback, schedule adjustments, and student needs to teaching team
  • Support retention: Proactively address concerns to ensure family satisfaction and continued enrollment
  • Maintain records: Keep accurate notes on student progress, parent communication, and account status

What You Bring

Required:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese plus English
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal, online and in-person
  • Customer service mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable discussing academic progress and making program recommendations
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, scheduling software

Preferred:

  • Experience in education, tutoring centres, or student services
  • Background in account management or client success roles
  • Familiarity with BC K-12 curriculum and post-secondary pathways
  • Teaching or counseling experience with high school students
