Job Title: Dishwasher/Porter on call

Lucie Restaurant is a Fine dining French restaurant in the heart of the financial district. With a spectacular wine selection and elevated food this is an opportunity for those looking to immerse themselves into what will be one of the city's best French restaurants.

At the helm is one of the city's most renowned restauranteurs along with Michelin star experienced Executive chef Arnaud Bloquel.

The Dishwasher/Prep Cook will play a key role in supporting restaurants vision for high quality food and ensuring that a high level of cleanliness is maintained at all times.

Lucie is looking for a part time dishwasher on call. Mostly lunches when the restaurant has private events or during the evening operation.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Oversee and preform all duties related to the cleanliness of equipment and station
  • Work cooperatively with others contributing to a healthy work environment
  • Participate in cross training when applicable
  • Understand and participate in maintaining Health & Safety standards

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility with work availability
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Able to follow spoken and written instructions
  • Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and personal responsibility
  • Physically able to work long shifts of your feet
