**DISHWASHER POSITION**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
- Operation and maintenance of dishwashing unit and dish cleaning areas
- Receiving and storage of all cleaning supplies and chemicals
- Management and storage of daily waste including recycling and organics
- Sweeping, mopping and maintenance of all restaurant areas as they are required
- Ability to execute other custodial duties as needed
- Strict adherence to company, municipal and provincial guidelines as they are related to food safety and safe workplace environments

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask when required
- Ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and work well with others in a team based setting
- Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 LBs
- Work Permit required
- _ Preferred but not required:_1 year dishwashing or kitchen helper experience
- _ Preferred but not required: _Strong understanding of food safety and public health practices
