Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Welder/Fabricator to join our team. As Welder you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using appropriate techniques and equipment to fabricate components of our snowplows.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications

  • Perform production welding, fabricating, and assembling tasks according to project requirements

  • Utilize hand tools, welding machines, plasma cutters, and cranes effectively

  • Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

  • Proficient in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge

  • Mechanically inclined

  • Ability to weld, assemble, and fabricate metal components

  • Familiarity with various welding techniques and equipment

  • Relevant certifications or training in welding

  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Physical strength and stamina; ability to lift 50 lbs or more

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
