Your Mission (What You'll Be Doing):
Own and manage a lease and inbound customer portfolio, including maturing leases, early upgrade opportunities, and new inquiries
Proactively contact clients via phone, text, email, and digital platforms with speed and professionalism
Build long-term relationships by identifying retention, upgrade, and replacement opportunities
Create and send personalized intro, walk-around, and follow-up videos to drive engagement and appointments
Guide guests through the full sales journey — online, in-store, and through vehicle
delivery
Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by identifying needs and presenting tailored lease and finance solutions
Deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience from first contact to post-delivery follow-up
Maintain accurate CRM activity and execute structured portfolio and lead-handling processes
Develop strong Acura product knowledge and participate in continuous training
Set monthly performance goals and consistently exceed them
Begin developing leadership habits, process discipline, and coaching skills in preparation for management
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities You Bring:
Previous automotive, leasing, or internet sales experience (an asset, not required)
Strong written, verbal, and video communication skills
Elite follow-up habits with a strong sense of urgency
Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented mindset
Comfortable with CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office
Ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
Effective negotiation skills and sound judgment
VSA License (required or must be obtained upon hire)
Valid British Columbia Driver's License
