Salary range $170K to $190K, commensurate with experience

Electronic Coating Technologies is seeking a strategic Managing Director to drive corporate health and well‑being by developing, communicating, and ensuring business goals and objectives are achieved. The Managing Director will build and staff a management team for operational success, develop strategic, operational, and financial plans, and utilize EOS principles and tools to communicate activities and drive performance across the organization.

Managing Director JobQualifications

• Bachelor's degree with preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree
• 15+ years' experience with industrial manufacturing equipment
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with solid financial acumen
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across multiple geographies
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure compliance with internal and external resources
• Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, leading cross‑functional global teams with strong customer focus and innovative leadership
• Demonstrated strength in leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills
• High integrity with a results‑oriented mindset, problem‑solving ability, and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Resilient and collaborative approach to drive continuous improvement and team success
• Familiarity with legal, global regulatory, and compliance issues impacting business operations
• Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time routinely between the US and Canada
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, cross- business platform ERP systems, and project management and tracking software

• Develop and implement effective business strategies in collaboration with leadership; drive organizational vision, operations, and strategy.
• Lead the creation of strategic and operational plans tied to performance metrics to achieve annual targets; oversee EOS activities.
• Achieve sales and gross margin goals to deliver products on time and at budgeted cost; identify efficiency and cost‑reduction opportunities.

• Build, motivate, and lead high‑performing global teams; attract, develop, and retain top talent, and manage hiring and separation processes.

• Foster a customer‑centric culture through strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring; manage external HR resources as needed.

• Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring product quality, timely support, and responsiveness to feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regional, national, and local regulations; maintain required certifications (ISO, ITAR, etc.).
• Manage capital investments and expenses to meet ownership targets for growth and profitability.
• Represent the organization externally to the public, key stakeholders, and business partners.
