 Learning and Development Programs Extended Health & DentalEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffCompany EventsYour RoleAs a Crop Inputs Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and playing a key role in providing agronomic solutions and selling crop inputs products, ensuring customers receive expert advice and high-quality service.Day to DayProspect new customers and expand business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and providing agronomic services. Offer technical support and advice on crop inputs products to help maximize yields and profitability. Stay current on the latest crop input technologies, industry advancements and best practices. Collaborate with Crop Inputs Manager, Merchant, and suppliers to stay updated on product availability and pricing. Assist with operations and administrative duties as required to ensure efficient delivery and exceptional service.QualificationsPost-secondary education in an Agriculture-related program or experience in an Agriculture retail business.P.Ag or CCA certification (or the ability to obtain) is an asset.Experience in dealing with agricultural producers.Knowledge of local crops and crop protection solutions.Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to execute plans that drive revenue generation.Valid driver's license is required.Work and grow with a family-owned company.
