Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Toronto, ON. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to inform strategies, and generating leads to expand the company's client base. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, delivering tailored sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. The role will also focus on analyzing data to identify trends and create actionable insights to support the company's growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify growth opportunities, and create data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and engage effectively with clients and team members
  • Proven experience in lead generation and market research, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently in a fast-paced setting
