As a Sales Intern at HNR Solutions, you will support our client relations and business development team while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. You'll assist with sales outreach, help manage client accounts, and contribute to identifying new business opportunities across various industries.

In this role, you will work closely with senior sales professionals, learn how to communicate with clients effectively, and support the development of long-term business relationships. You'll also assist with lead generation, follow-ups, market research, and maintaining accurate client records.

This internship is ideal for motivated individuals who are eager to build a career in sales, marketing, networking, business development, and client relations. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients through research and outreach.
  • Support client communication via emails, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Help maintain and update client data in the CRM system.
  • Participate in preparing proposals, quotes, and follow-up reports.
  • Shadow client meetings and learn how to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations) to meet client requirements.
  • Track and report on client engagement metrics and pipeline activity.
  • Contribute creative ideas for client acquisition and retention strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn about sales processes and staffing industry operations.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and LinkedIn; experience with CRM tools is an asset.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and goal-oriented mindset.

Additional Information

  • Location: On-site in Brampton, ON
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (full-time or part-time, depending on program requirements)
  • Duration: 3–6 months (varies on different factors)

Job Type: Internship / Co-op

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $300.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brampton, ON
