We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a background as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to lead operational execution, clinical support, and people management as TMed scales.

This role bridges strategy, clinical operations, and execution, with direct responsibility for supporting DME partners and ensuring high-quality PAP therapy delivery.

Qualifications

  • Required: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sleep medicine, respiratory care, DME, or healthcare operations
  • Strong execution, people-management, and operational leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Execution

  • Lead day-to-day operations across sleep labs, HSAT programs, PAP therapy, and MedTech deployments
  • Translate strategy into execution through clear workflows, KPIs, and timelines
  • Optimize operational efficiency, scalability, and cost control

Clinical & DME Support

  • Provide clinical oversight and support for DME partners, including PAP setup workflows, troubleshooting, and therapy optimization
  • Support training and clinical education for DME staff on PAP devices, HSAT, and new technologies
  • Act as a clinical liaison between physicians, sleep labs, DMEs, and technology partners

People & HR Leadership

  • Build and manage multidisciplinary teams (RTs, RPSGTs, technologists, operations staff)
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff utilization
  • Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement

Regulatory & Quality

  • Support compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards
  • Ensure clinical operations align with best practices in sleep and respiratory care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Experience:
