There is established creative capability in place; the anticipated need is for a senior marketing executive who can bring strategic focus, commercial clarity, and data-informed decision-making to support sustainable growth. This role is best suited to a modern marketing professional who is energized by translating insight into action, building systems, setting direction, and enabling small teams to execute with confidence and impact.This opportunity would be ideal for a leader who:Brings structure, prioritization, and insight to complex or high-creativity environments;Understands how brand, digital channels, and commercial outcomes intersect;Is comfortable translating strategy into practical systems and direction;Enjoys working closely with senior leadership in values-driven organizations;Balances respect for brand and storytelling with a strong performance mindset.The CMO would be expected to act as a strategic partner to executive and creative leadership, helping to align marketing activity across channels, sharpen execution, and ensure initiatives support clear business objectives.Location & CompensationThis role will be based in British Columbia, with openness to candidates in the Lower Mainland or Okanagan.
