About Us:

We are seeking a client-focused Social Worker/Psychotherapist with over 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client care and collaborate within a multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of treatment and client comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate the needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address emotional and behavioral issues.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support during difficult situations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in social work and psychotherapy.
  • Participate in regular supervision and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychotherapy, Counseling, or related field.
  • Experience working with couples an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ethical and professional standards in the field.
