CW Therapy Group is growing and is looking for compassionate and collaborative Masters level Registered Professional(s) (Registered Social worker or Psychotherapist) who are dedicated to working towards and building a private practice. We seek professionals who are sociable and friendly, who feel comfortable working in a therapuetic and team focused environment. As an integral part of our team you'll be responsible for providing evidenced based therapuetic support to indivdiuals, families and/or couples. CW Therapy Group seeks a professional who is kind, honest, driven and team oriented; and who is able to work under the supervision of two Registered Social Workers. We offer competitive splits, flexible schedules, and supervision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Are adequately trained in a range of evidence based therapy's
- Provide evidence based therapy and support to client's who may face a range of mental health concerns or are moving through life stressors and/or challenges
- Have had evidenced based training in Trauma and who also work from a trauma informed lens
- Have had experience working with those who have lived trauma
- Have training in, or experience, working with children (12 and under)
- Have had evidenced based training in Emotions Focused Therapy and experience working with couples
- Are currently registered with and in good standing with the OCSWSSW or CRPO
- Experince working in, or, having begun a private practice would be a _**strong asset**_
- Are willing and able to provide a _10 hour minimum_ number of client hours per week

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $100.00-$105.00 per hour
