Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and products, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail or technical sales are highly valued.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
  • Engage in upselling and suggest complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product restocking
  • Support team members in achieving store sales goals through collaborative efforts

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English and French; other languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
