En tant que gérant(e) du magasin, vous vous efforcez de réussir dans un environnement dynamique en démontrant de véritables aptitudes en gestion et en atteignant ou dépassant les objectifs de vente et de performance. SUKOSHI recherche une personne enthousiaste, passionnée et ayant une grande connaissance de la beauté, des soins de la peau et de la culture pop asiatique. Vous aimez encadrer et motiver votre équipe pour offrir un service client exceptionnel. En tant que Gérant(e) de Magasin, vous serez en charge des opérations quotidiennes du magasin, ce qui inclut (mais ne se limite pas) : la gestion des ventes, les commandes, la planification des horaires, le merchandising, le recrutement et la formation.

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Gérer, encadrer et accompagner le développement de votre équipe afin de favoriser les ventes et d'assurer une expérience client fluide et mémorable en magasin.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du magasin pour assurer leur efficacité et le respect des normes de l'entreprise.
- Offrir un service client exceptionnel en acquérant une connaissance approfondie des produits et en partageant cette expertise avec les clients.
- Être un modèle et un responsable, en apportant des conseils et des retours constructifs pour favoriser le développement de l'équipe.
- Recruter, embaucher et former le personnel aux politiques du magasin, à la connaissance des produits et aux techniques de vente efficaces.
- Gérer les inventaires et les achats pour garantir une disponibilité maximale des produits tout en prévenant les pertes.
- Créer un environnement de travail positif en agissant comme lien entre les clients et les conseillers de vente.
- Aider à l'installation de nouveaux magasins et participer aux lancements opérationnels si nécessaire.
- Accomplir des tâches supplémentaires pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
Qualifications et expériences :
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de magasin dans un environnement de vente au détail similaire, avec une capacité éprouvée à diriger et développer une équipe performante.
- Compétences solides en gestion d'équipe, encadrement et formation pour favoriser le développement de l'équipe, améliorer la performance et obtenir des résultats.
- Expérience en vente de produits de beauté et de soins de la peau fortement préférée, avec une solide compréhension des connaissances produit et des stratégies d'engagement client.
- Compétences en vente et en gestion des affaires, avec la capacité d'analyser les performances du magasin, de suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour stimuler les ventes.
- Expérience en gestion des marchandises, y compris le contrôle des inventaires, la prévention des pertes et le marchandisage visuel.
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, avec la capacité de bâtir des relations, résoudre des préoccupations et améliorer l'expérience client.
- Adaptable et ingénieux, avec la capacité de réagir rapidement aux changements des tendances des produits, des politiques du magasin et des besoins de l'entreprise.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office ou de Google Suite pour la rédaction de rapports, les opérations du magasin et la communication.
- Autonome et très motivé, capable de prospérer sous une supervision minimale.
- Flexibilité pour travailler en soirée, fins de semaine et les jours fériés en fonction des besoins du magasin.

SUKOSHI is looking for a candidate with an upbeat personality that has a genuine passion and deep knowledge for beauty and skincare, and Asian pop culture. You enjoy mentoring and motivating your team to ensure first class customer service. As a Store manager, you will lead in day-to-day store operations which include (but not limited to): sales delivery, ordering, scheduling, merchandising, hiring and training.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to drive sales and ensure a smooth, memorable in-store customer experience.
- Actively oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge of all products and sharing expertise with customers.
- Serve as a role model and leader, offering guidance and constructive feedback to support team growth.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff on store policies, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
- Manage inventory levels and purchasing, ensuring optimal stock availability and loss prevention.
- Foster a positive work environment by acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
- Support new store setup and assist with operational launches as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 2 years of Store Management experience in a similar retail environment, with a proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills to foster team growth, improve performance, and drive results.
- Experience in beauty and skincare sales is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of product knowledge and customer engagement strategies.
- Sales and business acumen, with the ability to analyze store performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to drive sales.
- Inventory management experience, including stock control, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and enhance the customer experience.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to quickly respond to changes in product trends, store policies, and business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite for reporting, store operations, and communication.
- Highly motivated self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
