Are you bilingual in French and English and is an experienced Customer Services Agent (Operation)? If so, consider this opportunity and be part of the operation to support customers.
Opportunity:
The Customer Services Agent is a key member of our Operation Team, and a first point of contact with our clients. Continuously demonstrating our company code of values and utilizing our training guidelines for ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Operation Team on daily basis
- Accept and complete tasks from Operation Manager
- Monitor the communication channels regularly and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with field, installers and clients to book jobs
- Maintain up-to-date HVAC and plumbing stock on daily basis
- Respond to issues pertaining to customer service
- Manage all of the incoming phone calls about our Superior Plumbing and HVAC services
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- French and English (Required)
- Clean Driving Record
- Clean Background
- Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing services considered asset
- Proven customer support experience daily operation
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,900.00 per month
