Vape Retail Specialist

As a Vape Retail Specialist you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the overall success of the store. You will assist customers, ensure smooth transactions, and maintain an organized and welcoming retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly demeanour and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Verify customers' age to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist customers in finding products and making informed purchase decisions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and offer detailed product information, both in person and over the phone.
  • Accurately and efficiently process transactions at the register.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, industry trends, and standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Restock shelves and organize inventory as needed.
  • Adhere to and enforce store policies and procedures.
  • Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, strong punctuality, and a solid work ethic.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including balancing the till.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years old (legal vaping age).
  • Familiarity with vaping products and industry standards is required.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly organized.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Flexible availablity, primarily weekend shifts.

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred).
  • Vaping industry knowledge: 1 year (preferred).

Additional Information:

  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
  • Expected Hours: 15–30 hours per week - open to someone working part-time hours per week or more hours up to 32 hours per week
