Job Description: We are seeking a motivated, reliable and organized Assistant Manager to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales and achieve targets. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
  • Supervise and train store staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, ordering and inventory when required.

Requirements:

  • Have a valid Serving It Right.
  • Must be 19+
  • Must be available evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience in a retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
