About the Role :

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented
HR Specialist
to support a group of growing companies across a wide range of HR activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, structure, and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle.

You'll work closely with HR leadership and internal stakeholders, helping keep HR operations running smoothly while gaining exposure to multiple business environments.

This role sits within a centralized HR function and offers exposure to multiple businesses, close collaboration with leadership and internal stakeholders, and the opportunity to support a wide range of HR initiatives while helping create consistent and well-organized employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support
    recruitment coordination
    , including initial screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Coordinate and support end-to-end
    new hire onboarding
    , including documentation, system setup, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate
    employee records
    across HR systems and internal files
  • Assist with
    payroll preparation
    , timesheets, data validation, and related reporting
  • Assist in preparing
    offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation
  • Track
    probation periods
    , confirmations, and key HR reminders
  • Support
    performance review cycles
    , documentation, and follow-up actions
  • Provide coordination support on
    HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements
    as needed
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day HR support and coordination across multiple companies

What We're Looking For:

  • Around
    2 years of experience
    in HR, People Operations, or HR coordination
  • Strong
    organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent
    communication, interpersonal skills
    , and professional email etiquette
  • Ability to handle
    confidential information with discretion
    and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in
    Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
    , including
    Sheets formulas/functions
    , creating forms for surveys or data collection, and presenting HR metrics in Slides
  • Comfortable
    supporting multiple priorities
    across different teams or companies
  • Strong
    problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a learning mindset
