Self Storage Facility is looking for an Manager for a busy and successful facility in London's Hyde Park neighbourhood. You will be joining a family business with over 40 years of experience.

Previous management, sales, customer service, Microsoft office experience is required. Access to a vehicle is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the1-2 employees who report to you
  • Provide outstanding customer service by helping current and prospective customers with their storage needs.
  • Confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements and collect rental payments
  • Maintain property appearance by cleaning spaces, sweeping, removing debris, etc.
  • Accurately manage cash and balance end of day activities.
  • Perform daily inspections of rental units to ensure all units are clean, properly locked and customer ready.
  • Manage Truck Rentals at this location

As a member of our team, you can expect

  • An hourly wage based on experience starting at $21.00 (negotiable)
  • A quarterly bonus based on revenue goals plus various commissions. This can amount to an additional $0.50-$2.00+ per hour based on historical averages for same role.
