Job Summary

We are a growing company that sells Toys for adults (boats, snowmobiles, ATV's SxS, riding lawnmowers, seadoos and many more items.

We would like someone to fit in and take over the sales, create a sales platform through social media and in person.

Take care of Co-Op funds to advertise the items they want to sell and follow up with all previous customers

Must have experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries confidently
  • Upsell relevant products to maximise sales opportunities
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
  • Manage stock levels, organise stockroom, and replenish shelves as needed
  • Handle phone enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Support organisational tasks such as inventory checks and record keeping
  • Assist in organising promotional events or special offers within the store

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear and friendly interaction
  • Organised with excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and stock counts
  • Proficient organisational skills to maintain tidy displays and stock areas
  • Effective phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone
  • Experience in merchandising to create appealing product arrangements
  • Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
