We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Field Professional to join our team. This role involves providing expert advice, support, and recommendations to our clients in the field of occupational health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide health and safety services to clients in a professional, efficient, and practical manner.
- Conduct onsite and virtual visits to understand client operations and create effective health and safety management systems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs, including training, auditing, and risk assessments.
- Achieve internal key performance indicators and complete records and reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other health and safety staff to meet client expectations.
- Degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
- OHS Designation (e.g., CRST, CRSP) or pursuing.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in health and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
