Agilus is hiring a
Field Service Registered Nurse
to support a leading client in the
Medical Solutions Division
. This contract role is perfect for RNs looking to

As a
Nursing Clinical Specialist
, you'll provide
clinical education and expertise
to customers, distributors, and sales teams—making a real impact in the field.

A typical day:

  • Educate healthcare professionals, distribution partners, and 3M sales employees on clinical best practices and products
  • Advise clinicians on standards, proper use of products, and address concerns if needed
  • Identify, develop, engage, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional associations, regulatory agencies, customers, and universities
  • Guide/influence product evaluations, implementations, and conversions to ensure best outcomes for our customers
  • Assist sales and marketing with the development of local competitive and market intelligence and communicate this information across the country
  • Localize product documentation and communications (training, regulatory, sales, marketing, local study groups, etc.) for new and existing products. Interpret applicability of local standards and develop appropriate content

Successful candidates will have:

  • BScN, Registered nurse, or Nurse Practitioner
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to find solutions for customer concerns
  • Ability to present to large audiences with varying backgrounds
  • A collaborative personality style / a team player in all aspects
  • Bilingual in English and French an asset but not required
