We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Brantford warehouse in a full-time, permanent role. In this position, you will be the frontline support for our customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with every interaction. A successful Customer Service Specialist combines empathy, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to enhance the customer journey.

Hours:
 Monday to Friday, day shift

Duties and responsibilities:

· Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, email, or chat.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.

· Provide warranty support and effective solutions to customer issues.

· Enter and process sales orders and purchase orders accurately.

· Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

· Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service, operations, etc.) to meet client requirements.

· Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.

· Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

· Maintain accurate and organized client records in CRM systems.

· Resolve client issues or concerns promptly, escalating complex matters to supervisors or technical teams when necessary.

· Perform general office duties to support team operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in the pool industry an asset

·2+ years experience in Customer Service

· Strong written communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

· Ability to take direction and follow-through

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on tight deadlines

· Strong understanding of computers and related skills (including keyboarding, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Navision experience considered an asset)
