The Opportunity:

Tekolutions Corporation is seeking a visionary Canadian Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer to launch and lead our sovereign Canadian subsidiary, Tekolutions Canada.

This is not a salaried employee role; it is a
Partnership Opportunity
for an entrepreneurial leader to acquire a
51% controlling equity stake
in a high-growth AI consultancy and Specialized Staffing firm. You will leverage our established global technical infrastructure to capture the booming demand for Artificial Intelligence and Government solutions in Canada.

The Mission:

You will capitalize on the Canadian Federal Government's supplier diversity mandates (WOSME) to build a premier technology services firm. Your mandate is to pivot our proven AI capabilities into two high-value vertical markets:

  1. AI-Enabled Recruitment:
    disrupting the staffing sector using our proprietary Resume Parsing and Predictive Matching engines.
  2. Fractional Chief AI Officer (CAIO) Services:
    Providing mid-market Canadian enterprises with high-level AI governance and strategy, backed by our global team of experts.

What You Bring (The Investment):

  • Capital Injection:
    A mandatory initial investment (est.
    CAD $115,000 - $125,000
    ) to capitalize the Canadian entity. This covers the
    Ontario Regulatory Security Bond ($25k)
    , licensing fees, WBE certification, and initial 6-month operational runway.
  • Status & Leadership:
    You must qualify as a majority female owner to secure
    WBE Canada Certification
    , a cornerstone of our procurement strategy.
  • Operational Grit:
    You will incorporate the entity, secure the
    Ontario Recruiter License
    , and navigate federal procurement supply arrangements (ProServices, SBIPS).

Strategic Focus & Responsibilities:

  • Business Structure:
    Execute a Shareholders Agreement ensuring WOSME compliance.
  • Government Procurement:
    Lead the registration on
    CanadaBuys
    and qualify the firm for the
    AI Source List
    and
    SBIPS
    (Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services).
  • Sales & Partnerships:
    Build relationships with Supplier Diversity leads at major Canadian banks, telcos, and federal departments.
  • Talent Operations:
    Manage the local "Precision Staffing" division, placing high-value tech talent into Canadian firms using our AI sourcing tools.

Financial Potential:

  • Equity:
    51% ownership of the Canadian entity (Controlling Interest).
  • Earnings:
    Combination of executive salary (post-revenue) and significant dividend distributions.
  • Projected Income:
    Realistic target of
    $160k - $300k+ annually
    by Year 2 based on government contract fulfillment and staffing margins.
