We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and product management, with the ability to develop innovative campaigns across multiple channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company's marketing strategy, enhance online presence, and increase sales through targeted efforts. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing projects, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of marketing experience (retail or home décor industry a plus)
  • Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising
  • Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and/or Klaviyo
  • Basic photography and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a small-business environment
  • Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Strong eye for styling, interiors, or lifestyle retail brands
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership

What will you do?

You will develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives that are effective in achieving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across digital, social, local, and email channels.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage and update the company website, product listings, and online promotions
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and organic traffic
  • Track analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and guide data-driven decisions

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
  • Photograph, style, and video rugs and in-store moments for engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form video
  • Manage posting calendars, community engagement, and responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual aesthetic, and storytelling across all platforms
  • Support partnerships with local designers, stagers, and community collaborators

Local Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Coordinate in-store events, sales promotions, launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Design and produce print materials such as flyers, signage, postcards, and in-store visuals
  • Manage local advertising (newspapers, magazines, radio, community boards)

Email Marketing

  • Build, segment and maintain customer email lists
  • Create newsletters, promotional campaigns, and product highlight emails aligned with brand tone and sales goals
  • Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversions to continually refine email strategy
