To keep pace with our continued growth, we are in need of a Senior Immigration Lawyer, ideally with large firm and/or in-house experience.

As a Caravel Immigration Lawyer, You will:Prepare and submit various immigration applications, including LMIA requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness to minimize the risk of rejectionsSupport matters including Intra-company transfer work permit, after sales service work permit, business visitor letters, study permits, IEC work permits, visitor visas, assessments of eligibility, family class permits, express entry permits, express entry + provincial nominee program, start up visa and permanent residence applications and extensionsWhat would YOU Bring:Minimum of 10 years of practical related private practice experienceAbility to work independently and with little supervision.While our lawyers work remotely, we operate as a team and promote a collaborative, diverse and inclusive culture.
