Our client is seeking a highly meticulous and organized professional to support their Finance team on a temporary basis as they transition to the
Nexsyis
platform. This role is critical in consolidating financial data from several legacy systems, with core responsibilities centered around the manual entry of outstanding Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) subledger items. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity, assist with administrative responsibilities, and contribute to a seamless and efficient system migration.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accurately input open AP and AR subledger data into the Nexsyis platform
  • Verify and reconcile financial information before entering it into the system
  • Collect, organize, and validate source documents from current financial systems
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team throughout the software transition
  • Identify data discrepancies and report them promptly for resolution
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow established data privacy and handling protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; additional education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is an asset
  • 2–4 years of experience in data entry, administrative positions, or entry-level accounting roles
  • Good understanding of AP/AR processes, payment terms, and aging schedules
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven accuracy in data input
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office applications
  • Self-starter capable of working independently, handling repetitive tasks, and adapting to changing priorities
  • Experience supporting accounting or ERP system transitions is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the Nexsyis platform is a significant asset

  • Hybrid work model, requiring
    two days per week in the office
