Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills, work with fresh ingredients, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
  • Ensure all food is handled and stored following proper food safety protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or related roles within a restaurant or food service setting
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality meal preparation
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners willing to grow within the role
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as needed
