We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at Sabor. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our guests receive delicious meals prepared with care and precision, contributing directly to our reputation for quality.
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed in the kitchen.
Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
