We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to meet customer needs
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing transactions, and resolving issues
  • Utilize data entry skills to update customer records and maintain database accuracy
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
  • Apply strong communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills during all customer interactions
  • Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends and suggest improvements
  • Support team efforts through collaboration and sharing of best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$26.92 per hour
