À titre de conseiller(ère) en sécurité financière, vous aurez pour mission d'accompagner nos clients actuels et futurs en leur proposant des solutions financières personnalisées, incluant des produits d'assurance vie et d'investissement adaptés à leurs besoins.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Contacter les clients actuels pour effectuer une mise à jour de leur situation financière, définir leurs besoins et leur proposer les produits adéquats en assurance vie, assurance maladie, assurance invalidité, assurance accident, produits d'investissement ou tout autres produits développés par l'assurance individuelle et services financiers.

  • Répondre aux appels des clients et leur proposer les produits adéquats en assurance vie, assurance maladie, assurance invalidité, assurance accident, produits d'investissement ou tout autres produits développés par l'assurance individuelle et services financiers.

  • Effectuer la fidélisation de la clientèle, la mise à jour des profils d'investisseur en investissement (Enregistré, fonds distincts et en fonds mutuels) pour les clients orphelins.

  • Assurer le suivi du droit de transformation pour la clientèle de l'assurance collective lors d'un changement d'employeur d'un adhérent.

  • Analyser la situation financière du client, déterminer son besoin, proposer et conseiller le produit approprié en fonction de ses besoins et de ses critères.

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales en techniques administratives ou l'équivalent.

  • Permis en assurance de personnes et en épargne collective émis par l'Autorité des marchés financiers.

  • Six mois d'expérience pertinente en vente ou en services financiers.
