Role Responsibilities

  • Design and write detailed prompts for generating complex financial Excel models.
  • Review and refine AI-generated spreadsheets for structural integrity and formula accuracy.
  • Ensure financial logic, dynamic formulas, and input-calculation separation are correctly implemented.
  • Contribute models such as amortization schedules, lease accounting (ASC 842), bank reconciliations, and fixed asset rolls.
  • Deliver fully functional, formula-dense Excel files that meet rigorous quality standards.
  • Utilize a State-of-the-Art AI Agent to create advanced Excel files.

Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, modeling, and spreadsheet architecture.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to verify mathematical and structural accuracy.
  • Experience creating or auditing Excel models used in professional settings.

Compensation & Legal

  • $50 per completed and approved Excel model.
  • Payments issued weekly for accepted deliverables.
  • Independent contractor arrangement.
