Looking For Part Time Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant To Join Our Team

If so, Muskoka Smart Homes is looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to provide support to the General Manager of Muskoka Smart Homes.

Responsibilities are to:

  • Prepare Invoices.
  • Prepare Accounts Receivable reports.
  • Track Timesheet & Project expenses.
  • Prepare Bi-weekly Payroll.
  • Prepare GSTHST/Payroll Deduction/CBSA/WSIB returns.
  • Prepare Accounts Payables reports.
  • Match purchase orders, invoice & packing list documentation.
  • Process Payments.
  • Maintain Asset, Inventory & Employee records.
  • Track Inventory returns.
  • Reconcile Bank & Visa statements.
  • Assist with Year End preparation.
  • General office administration.

Qualities:

  • Interest in luxury, residential interior design & customer experience (a big win for us, but not necessary)
  • Enjoy working with numbers and solving problems.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Motivated to the get a job done right.
  • Pro-active with a positive, customer friendly can-do attitude.
  • Honest & discreet with the ability to maintain confidential business information.

Qualifications:

  • Must have bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks.
  • Expert with Microsoft Excel.
  • Organized with strong planning skills.
  • Good time management practices.
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
