They are currently seeking a
Site Supervisor
to oversee our new development in
Balzac, Alberta
. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly — from planning and permitting to construction completion — while upholding company standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple residential construction sites through all stages of construction.
  • Lead, schedule, and coordinate trades and vendors while building strong on-site relationships.
  • Perform hands-on construction tasks as needed (e.g., framing, backing, touch-ups, site maintenance).
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Review and contribute to project plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure all homes are built to company standards, the Alberta Building Code, and IFC specifications.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, trade communications, and daily logs using Co-Construct.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, quality, and performance across the team and trade partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong technical background — please include relevant training and certifications.
  • Proven track record managing multiple residential projects simultaneously.
  • Solid knowledge of residential construction from stakeout to drywall; framing or carpentry experience is an asset.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with sound judgment under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Alberta Building Code and current construction best practices.
