Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Canada Custom Autoworks, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our revenue growth and fostering long lasting customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include Helping customers find the wheels, tires, ETC of their dreams, consistently surpassing sales quotas, and providing valuable insights for your customers. Your ability to employ strategic thinking, develop rapport, and close deals will be instrumental in helping us achieve our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to attain revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring client relationships.
- Help customers find exactly what they are looking for at a great price
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceive and execute sales campaigns.
- Furnish accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Lead negotiations, secure sales, and ensure successful deal completions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years of demonstrated success in sales, with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing quotas.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry, specifically in wheels, tires, and automotive accessories, is highly preferred.
- Proficient in strategic thinking and the ability to recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
