Summary

We are seeking an Owner Operator Driver to join our dynamic team at PATHFINDER FREIGHTLINES INC. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely across various routes in North America, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across North America.
  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Requirements

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or have valid USA visa
  • Proven experience as a driver in the transportation industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of freight handling and safety regulations.
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
