This position is part time (3-4 shifts). Must be able to commit to working at least 15hrs; from MONDAY-SATURDAY based on clinic hours. Trainings may be done on non-working days like Monday but with due notice provided.
We are looking for STAND-OUT personalities, individuals who LOVE to shine bright with their BIG personalities, who are meticulous, hard-workers, with an eye for excellence and beauty, and who dream even bigger.
Target start date : IMMEDIATELY.
Main Responsibilities:
Welcomes clients and visitors, anticipating their needs and ensures they are met
Front desk reception, answering phone calls, emails, messages, and social media inquiries
Scheduling appointments, follow-ups via booking system
Ensures smooth flow between appointments by assisting practitioners and service providers as necessary; updates practitioners about arrival, or delays
Performs cashing out clients via POS system
Filing and retrieving patient records; filing photos at end of day
IMPORTANT: Assists in social media posts during the working day
IMPORTANT: Must be comfortable working in sales and with sales targets
Open and close routine
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service with a warm, client-focused approach
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Professional presence with a commitment to client confidentiality
- Skilled in CRM systems, email communication tools, and POS software
- Familiarity with medical aesthetics treatments (an asset)
- MUST have Social Media skills especially INSTAGRAM
- Collaborative team player who supports smooth daily operations
- Effective time management to maintain a steady clinic flow
- Quick problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- 7 hour shift
- Weekend availability a must

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
