About the Role
Are you passionate about the powersports industry? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for helping people find the perfect gear? We are looking for an energetic Retail Counter Person to join our team.
In this role, you aren't just a cashier; you are the face of our showroom. You'll help riders stay safe and look great by guiding them through our selection of helmets, jackets, boots, and accessories, while ensuring our retail floor looks world-class.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on technical gear and apparel.
- Showroom Excellence: Maintain, organize, and refresh showroom displays to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist with unboxing new merchandise and tagging items
- Sales & Cashiering: Efficiently process transactions through the POS system and handle cash/card payments accurately.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest gear technology (safety ratings, materials, fitment) to better assist our community.
What We're Looking For
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Visual Flair: An ability to create clean, attractive merchandise displays.
- Communication Skills: A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to explain technical products to both beginners and experts.
- Reliability: Punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn our point-of-sale (POS) system quickly.
