Summary
As a Program Analyst within the Logistics & Facilities Services department at Providence Health Care, you will play a key role in supporting a client- and family-centered care model. You will contribute to fostering a safe, respectful, and civil environment for patients, residents, families, visitors, and staff, aligning with the organization's Mission, Vision, Values, and strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, Support Services, your responsibilities will include coordinating and maintaining program-specific data, developing efficient workflows, and supporting enrolment data verification processes. You will create and implement data entry processes, manage program projects and timelines, and provide crucial administrative, budgetary, reporting, and evaluation support. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive process improvements while ensuring the effective execution of program initiatives.
What You BringEducation:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or in a related field, supplemented by a minimum of three (3) years' recent, related analysis, evaluation, coordination and planning experience in a large, complex organization or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Experience in distinct areas must be exhibited: program evaluation/analysis, project planning/coordination/management and technical expertise relating to mass enrolment data.
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and implement project plans, meet timelines, juggle competing priorities, and creatively problem-solve to realize project completion.
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills to work effectively in a team setting and with a variety of partners.
- Ability to identify issues, and to develop and analyze solutions to resolve problems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current advanced word processing, graphics presentation, and spreadsheet computer applications to prepare reports and presentations.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- Results-oriented within a high-pressure working environment with numerous critical timelines.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.

Your Day to Day:
- Provide operational and administrative support for the Transit Discount Program (TDP), including process development, data verification, and timeline management.
- Draft and maintain data collection instructions and tools, ensuring consistent, accurate data. Serve as the primary contact for enrolment inquiries.
- Extract and compile data from various databases, create custom reports, and produce statistical analysis as needed.
- Manage and maintain electronic data, including TDP enrolment information, using tools like PHC Connect, Microsoft Office, Skype for Business, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with departments to design program-specific databases for data collection and tracking.
- Track and report on quarterly, mid-year, and year-end budget expenditures, and summarize financial data related to the program.
- Work with Admin and HR Data Analytics teams to ensure program goals are met within budget and timelines.
- Organize workflows for Office Administrator roles, set program priorities, and address daily operational issues.
- Research and prepare data for ad-hoc requests, creating spreadsheets, charts, and reports as needed.
- Attend departmental meetings to provide updates on the program status.
- Assist with new initiatives within the Support Services area.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
