As we continue to grow, we're seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team to manage day-to-day operations to promote profitability — including estimating, planning, scheduling, and client communication.

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our painting projects by overseeing estimates, organizing job logistics, coordinating with crews and clients, and ensuring projects are on schedule and profitable. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager, field teams and contractors to keep everything running efficiently from the first walkthrough to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate painting projects by performing site visits, taking accurate measurements, and preparing detailed proposals
  • Assist in scheduling and planning for commercial and residential jobs
  • Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to ensure job readiness
  • Communicate regularly with clients to clarify project details and provide updates
  • Prepare and submit estimates, bids, work orders, and change orders
  • Order and track materials and supplies based on project requirements
  • Monitor progress through site visits, photos, and regular check-ins with crews
  • Support the Operation Manager in tracking project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Help resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
  • Maintain detailed documentation and project records
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications:

  • Experience in web based and on site estimating
  • Proficient in cloud based project management software.
  • Project coordination, preferably in painting, construction, or a related field
  • Strong math and measuring skills; familiarity with estimating software is a plus
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or project management platforms
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Minimum 5 years experience
