Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook position located in St. Albert, AB. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Stacked's recipes and quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring food safety and sanitation practices are followed. Additional duties include managing preparation stations, coordinating with team members to maintain a smooth kitchen flow, and assisting in daily inventory and stock management.

Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with the ability to maintain a clean workspace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Teamwork and communication skills to support collaboration with kitchen and service staff
  • Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is an asset
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage but not mandatory
