The Digital Content Coordinator supports the execution and maintenance of website content, helping ensure all customer-facing messaging is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time. This role plays an important part in enabling seamless digital campaigns by supporting content updates, workflows, and quality assurance across the ecommerce experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital storytelling, with a strong interest in learning how content, ecommerce, and brand come together to drive customer engagement.
Responsabilities
Website Content Execution

  • Ensure all website content reflects approved brand standards and messaging.
  • Support SEO-related content updates, including keywords, meta descriptions, and alt text.
  • Support drafting and editing copy for website updates in alignment with brand tone of voice and style guidelines.
  • Participate in content audits to refresh messaging and help identify outdated or underperforming pages.
  • Collaborate with designers and Ecommerce partners to support accurate and timely campaign launches.

Project Management & Workflow Support

  • Support day-to-day website processes, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Track content production, approvals, and asset delivery to support on-time launches.
  • Maintain and update content calendars for website updates, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and support preparation of presentations and status updates.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation, training materials, and content-related processes.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support quality assurance for website updates and digital campaigns by reviewing copy, layout, links, and content accuracy.
  • Assist in troubleshooting content-related issues and coordinating fixes with internal partners.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve content clarity, usability, and execution efficiency.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive activity, digital content trends, and emerging tools to support ongoing learning and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field — or equivalent internship / entry-level experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital content, marketing coordination, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools and ecommerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage competing priorities, and uphold strong quality assurance standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles is an asset.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Stays ahead of marketing trends and an evolving retail industry.
