About the Role:
Clutch is looking for a Senior Manager, Social Media & Content Manager to join the Marketing team and play a key role in building Clutch into a household name. In this role, you will report to the Senior Brand Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Creative, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to shape and execute Clutch's social and content strategy.
This is an on-site role based in Toronto.
What you'll do:
- Drive social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, defining content pillars, channel goals, and a consistent brand voice
- Build and manage content calendars focused on growth, engagement, and audience development
- Design and execute test-and-learn initiatives to improve performance, analyze results, and optimize content based on insights
- Lead the RFP process for a social listening tool and apply learnings to strategy
- Concept, film, produce, and edit high-impact social content including short-form video, stills, and graphics
- Ensure all social content aligns with Clutch's brand voice, visual identity, and tone
- Monitor emerging trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to drive innovation
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to guide future strategy
What we're looking for:
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience at a startup, agency, or in-house brand
- Education: Bachelor's degree (marketing preferred but not mandatory)
- Technical skills: Fluency in editing tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop
- Work style: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, changing environments
- Ownership: Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects independently
- Mindset: Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to help the brand succeed
- Impact-driven: Motivated by having a direct role in building Canada's next household name

- Strong storytelling instincts and on-camera or production experience

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually
