WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to:

  • Lead and develop a strong, values-driven team, fostering resilience, accountability, and a genuine connection to nature

  • Deliver premium guest experiences, making every interaction memorable through our GUIDE service standards

  • Drive sales and operational excellence, including opening/closing, payroll, loss prevention, and inventory management

  • Support store culture - from morning huddles to community events, you'll help build a space that's inclusive, curious, and inspiring

  • Promote sustainability in action, from educating guests on our Arctic Fox Initiative to modeling everyday product stewardship

  • Strengthen local ties, partnering with local organizations and hosting activations that bring the outdoors closer to our communities

You bring:

  • At least one year of retail leadership experience

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - you know how to listen, connect, and create meaningful guest experiences that drive brand loyalty

  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for details

  • An adaptable, solution-oriented mindset

  • Solid business acumen, including comfort with KPIs and sales performance tools

  • A deep appreciation for sustainability and the outdoors
